Does Lenovo truly read feedback about hardware, and where?

New the community! ^_^

A few thoughts, first...

I'm a proud Thinkpad owner. For many years. I need something that can work under engineering and gaming. I bought the Thinkpad T15g and it's still running as if I bought it yesterday. Does really well with Steam Games. I've never had any problems with the hardware or after upgrading the OS to Windows 11.

But, since the push for LOQ/Legion, they discontinued the T15g (g is for Graphics!) and possibly lack of sales? They didn't really advertise it; probably because of the Legion flagship laptops being -only- for gaming. The T15g was a gem I stumbled upon looking at PSREFS.

Looking at the latest Thinkpads, they carry the Nvidia RTX, but they don't have an RJ45 Ethernet port. If my ROG router needs debugging, the only way to connect to it _is_ via Ethernet. I winced at that.

The Legion 9i looks sexy, but, the machine is limited to 32 GB RAM.

**This is where the feedback question comes in.**

Where do I go to submit one? Does Lenovo read the feedback and consider the customer choices? Do they pay attention to reviewers on youtube and reddit sites?
