Microsoft ExpertZone Rewards - Effort required

With the recent announcement of the price hikes to M365 (+ copilot bundled) and now GamePass Ultimate. Now is a good time to remind those of you who work in Retail selling Microsoft products and software (Microsoft store, Best Buy, staples, Currys, Viking etc).

The portal has saved me and my family a small bundle of money (M365 Family you can share the subscription with up to 5 other members for 6 total including you as the main holder. Thats also 6x 1TB one drive storage.). Now with GPU going up hopefully it saves those who can access it a small bundle too.

The 2026 loyalty program has opened. I can no longer verify the rewards. Based on when I had access earlier this year it’s usually 3 month Game pass ultimate codes and 6 month M365 Family codes.

In order to receive a reward credit you need to carry out the verification task the portal highlights once you’re validated then the rewards section opens up. The steps are outlined in the FAQ:

On top of the collective achievement rewards (starting at silver then gold and platinum) I can see there are 4 accreditation courses on the site. The ones that typically have rewards (in additon to the loyalty tier rewards) are marked with a ribbon and purple present icon in the top right. I would start with these courses and check the rewards store (once you unlock it) to see what rewards are offered.

Its best to complete early in the week as the Rewards team likely don’t approve the earned credit over the weekend. You will need to check into the rewards store on a regular basis as credit emails sometimes don’t land in your inbox.
