Since this site can display animated GIFs, you might find the free ScreenToGif app handy to use on Windows to help others solve problems. It's a screen recorder that outputs to animated GIF and some other media formats. In the example below, I reduced my Web browser to a minimal size during recording and then resized all of the frames by 80% within ScreenToGif before saving to arrive at a 6MB file size. NOTE: The cursor highlighting in the animated GIF below is created using some other free Windows apps.
