With the announcement that Stadia is shutting down in January 2023 lots of people are migrating to alternate cloud gaming services.
Stadia was in a unique position, that it was fully standalone and came with it's own set of hardware and controllers. It had it's own storefront and (very limited) exclusives and compared to Geforce Now, Xbox Cloud and Luna had incredibly low latency and input lag.
Which streaming service do you think will attract the most attention following this? Xbox reining supreme? More Geforce now users? Luna, when it finally leaves early access and goes international?
At least Google has made the fantastic offer of refunding each and every software and hardware purchase made through their store - essentially making the last few years of Stadia free if you don't count the optional subscription cost.
