The Indie Game Awards announced their full list of 2024 nominees. Created by Six One Indie, The Indie Game Awards is an annual ceremony dedicated to indie gaming. The inaugural event will take place on December 19 at 4:00 PM Pacific and will stream on IGN and YouTube.
Nominees were selected by a diverse panel of judges, including media professionals, influencers, and industry experts. Although, open submissions will begin next year with The IGAs 2025.
To be eligible for The Indie Game Awards, games must have launched into version 1.0 between November 1, 2023 and November 1, 2024. Definitive Editions, Director’s Cuts, and ports are ineligible for an Indie Game Award. Eligibility will expand next year to include Early Access titles.
