If you are not satisfied with how your PC is producing frame rates then maybe an app like Lossless Scaling can help

and was built to add upscaling to any game however now it includes a feature to add frame generation aswell.

That's right, to ANY game including those with anti-cheat software which can't be said about DLSS 3 and FSR 3. Plus it will do this with ANY graphics card.

ANY game and with ANY graphics card.

You can get image quality that is absurdly good with the possibility of a 4X increase in performance.
With just a click of a button you might get 120 fps, 180 fps, or even 240 fps.
However in some cases a 60 frames per second (fps) rate is recommended to get a consistently smooth frame rate.

If you have a game that supports DLSS and FSR upscaling but doesn't come with frame generation you can use Lossless Scaling and cap that frame rate at 60 fps then turn on frame generation which will give you a consistent, locked 120 fps.
So with Lossless Scaling you can add frame generation to games that don’t have it, and bypass fps caps in games without messing with mods or worrying about interfering with anti-cheat software.

That's not all folks! Since it works with ANY graphics card and ANY game it can be used for emulation to smooth out those old console games that are capped at 30 fps.

Since Lossless Scaling doesn’t require any particular hardware it can be used on a Windows-based handheld like the LENOVO LEGION GO or even be used on desktops or laptops that have integrated graphics.
It can be used if you have a powerful gaming rig with the most recent and demanding game or if you have a underperforming machine with old games.

Lossless Scaling allows you to scale windowed games to full screen using the state-of-the-art scaling algorithms, as well as use ML based proprietary scaling and frame generation.

Scaling options:
• LS1
• AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution
• NVIDIA Image Scaling
• Integer Scaling
• Nearest Neighbor
• xBR
• Anime4K
• Sharp Bilinear
• Bicubic CAS

The latest feature allows you to use Lossless Scaling to generate additional frames in games that do not have such support, including emulators.

Lossless Scaling is also useful for upscaling modern games if you cannot run them at native screen resolution (GPU limited) and want to get rid of blur due to bilinear scaling of the GPU driver, as well as for upscaling older and pixel-art games which do not support modern screen resolutions or full screen mode.

For modern games it is best to use LS1 or AMD FSR. For scaling pixel-art games, use Integer Scaling or xBR. Anime4K is best suited for cartoons or anime.

Requirements:
Scaling makes sense when you are limited by GPU power. For the best experience, limit the game to a stable frame rate so that Lossless Scaling has resources to work with.

• The game must be running in windowed mode
• Windows 10 1903 or newer
