Legion go stutter issue

I am having stutter issues with the Legion go the stuttering seems to happen everywhere around the OS. It is affecting gaming watching videos pretty much everything to deal with the OS. I have tried factory, resetting the Legion go. I have tried resetting windows I have tried to make rams speed slower. I have Disabling Legion space and other programs. Nothing seems to fix the stuttering. I have to power off and on the unit multiple times in order to get to where the stuttering stops but as soon as I power down the unit and power it up again to stuttering continues any help with this will be greatly appreciated. I have contacted Lenovo and they’re sending me a box to send the device in But I think it’s a software issue not a hardware issue. The only thing I haven’t tried is reverting back to an old bios, but I haven’t found any way to do that
