I'm very skeptical of DRM / Anti-Piracy software. They frequently negatively affect legitimate gamers more so than the emulation community. For one, there are proven examples of Denuvo software causing detrimental effects on frame rates and hardware performance. So what gives? The Switch already struggle as it is with running game at an acceptable framerate. Will this drive people towards Steamdeck? Even drive players TOWARDS emulation to sidestep these performance issues?
