I'm actually shocked at the June 5th, 2025, release date. This is definitely a lot earlier than I was expecting. I thought they were going to wait until November or December.
I'm just not sold on the price. For $449.99 is pretty close to the cost of some PC handhelds. I've seen the Legion Go and ROG Ally on sale for around this price. The Mario Kart bundle will cost $499.99, which is in the price range of the other major consoles. I wonder if this will affect sales.
