My Lenovo Legion 5 gen 5 has HUGE lag spikes, and I don't know the problem

Whenever I play games like Destiny 2, Apex, or even Minecraft I get these large drops in fps that last for around 5-10 seconds, and it's not small at all. Frames drop down to the one's area and it makes it unplayable. Can anyone help me troubleshoot?
