OLEDs and burn in

let's get this straight: OLED looks like the new big thing in pc gaming and my idea right now is not upgrading to a new monitor until I can score a good deal on an OLED, despite me having a basic 24" FHD 71hz display. The point is I am starting to reconsider this idea because of how many static elements are there both when using my pc for studying, media fruition and also gaming and I'm concerned of burn in. I also live in europe where prices tend to be higher. What is your take on that? Are OLEDs really ready for this kind of usage? Have they really mitigated burn in so much that I can have my Edge's tabs open for very long time without burn in, or discord, or telegram or a game with static HUD and such?
