WHY IS THERE NO WEB BROWSER ON PS5 YET?

When the PS5 launched, I was really confused as to why it lacked a web browser like the PS4. I thought for sure it would have been added with an update because the console does use a web browser for some functionality and is more than capable of having a dedicated browser. I really miss this feature especially with my PSVR2 headset where I could view 360 VR Videos on You Tube or look up a game wiki while playing a game or going to reddit to get a game tip. I see it as an important feature. What are your theories as to why Sony would leave such a feature out? And would you find a dedicated browser useful or is it not that important to you and why? The only reason I can think it was left out was for security issues or more parental control. No other reason comes to mind. It just seems like a basic feature for a console that is now essentially a mid range pc. Was it a feature you used often during the PS4 generation? Maybe it wasn't being utilized enough on the PS4 so they left it out. Usually, Playstation tries to match features that Microsoft offers with its console. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.
