It may seem a bit silly, but I can't seem to get a straight answer from support chat so I bring this question to the people.
I bought a new keyboard (Legion K500 RGB Mechanical) and a new laptop for my wife (IdeaPad 3-15ITL6) within in the last month. For whatever reason, the points for both purchases are still pending. Yet all my points earned through my activity on Lenovo websites are readily available.
Does anyone know if there is a standard waiting period for new purchases or something else I may be missing?
Just don't tell me my points are lost to a forever pending purgatory! I am broke after the holidays, and the ~$20 in rewards points would be great!
I'm not sure what I'm even shopping for, but I would like my points to shop for lol
