Basically, the title says it all. How long do you generally keep your computer, before replacing it? Do you usually spend a lot or little?
I used to buy very cheap computers long ago, constantly upgrading from them. My last computer I spent a fair bit more and tried to be more frugal. I've kept this computer for a very long time at this point, and have upgraded it a bit here and there along the way.
