If you could only play one game for the rest of your life, which game would that be?

Which game would you choose if you could only play one game for the rest of your life? Any reasons for why you choose your one game?

I would probably want to go with something with a lot of available mods to keep it interesting, maybe something that has a large open world and lots of side quests, procedural generation would be a bonus, but not 100% necessary. My finalists are probably Fallout 3 or NV, Skyrim, and Baldur’s Gate 3. I’m thinking in the end I’d go with Skyrim. How about you?
